Sound by Suen
Sound baths to rest, recharge and rejoice
Hello, I'm Nicole Suen
I found sound healing through my own search for inner peace. Living with tinnitus and a busy, always-organising mind that struggled to switch off, I was looking for stillness — and ten years ago in London, I sat with Tibetan singing bowls for the first time. They slowed my racing thoughts, helped me sleep, and made my tinnitus easier to live with. A quiet heart, I came to learn, leads to a quiet mind. That comfort grew into a calling. I trained and qualified as a sound healing practitioner in Koh Samui, Thailand, and went on to deepen my practice in Nepal. I'm also trained in ear seeding and Chinese tapping, which I weave in to deepen the calm or lift the energy. Most people know sound for its stillness, but it can also lift and energise. I hold space in two ways: help you rest and let go, or to recharge and rise. And because sound is meant to be felt, I love making it joyful too — creating memorable, celebratory sound experiences for events and special occasions.

FAQ
Everything you might like to know before your first session
How long is a session?
A typical session lasts around 60 minutes, with time to settle in at the start and ease back gently at the end. Group and celebration sessions can be tailored to your event. What happens in a session?
You'll lie down comfortably with a blanket and eye mask while I guide you into stillness, then play Tibetan singing bowls, gong, wind chimes and tingsha. There's nothing to "do" — just rest and let the sound wash over you. Depending on if it is energy rising or relaxation session, you will either be relaxed or energised afterward.Do I need any experience?
None at all. You simply lie back and receive. First-timers are very welcome. What should I wear or bring?
Something loose and comfortable. For groups, I often invite guests to wear white or earth tones. I provide mats, blankets and eye masks — just bring yourself. For celebration, I recommend to have a themed dress code so it is more fun!One-to-one or group?
One-to-one is deeply personal; groups and circles have a lovely shared energy; celebrations are perfect for a special moment with friends or family. Message me and I'll help you choose. How many people can join?
From intimate gatherings to larger groups, tailored to your space and numbers. [max.14.]Where do sessions take place?
I'm based in Hong Kong and available worldwide. I can come to your home or venue, or help arrange a space. Can I add ear seeding or tapping?
Yes — both can be added to any session to extend the calm or lift your energy. Just ask when you book.Is it suitable for everyone?
Sound healing is gentle and suits most people. If you're pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker, or any medical concern, please let me know when booking and check with your doctor if unsure. It supports relaxation and wellbeing and isn't a substitute for medical care. How much is it?
